Billit Software Pvt. Ltd. approached ITzak Technologies with a vision to create a unified billing solution that could simplify the way users and vendors handle their financial workflows. Businesses were struggling with fragmented tools for invoicing, stock management, and reporting, so we designed Billit, an end-to-end digital platform for complete billing management.

The system included two mobile applications: one for customers, allowing them to view and manage invoices seamlessly, and another for vendors, functioning as a mini CRM with modules for stock tracking, sales management, and daily/monthly reporting. To extend its usability, we also developed secure APIs that integrate directly with third-party CRMs, enabling automatic invoice delivery and real-time synchronization.

The result was a scalable, cloud-powered billing ecosystem that empowered both vendors and customers with transparency, accuracy, and automation, all under one digital roof.

We delivered a complete billing suite featuring two mobile apps — one for customers and one for vendors — backed by a powerful Node.js API infrastructure. The platform enabled invoice generation, stock and sales management, automated reporting, and third-party CRM integration for effortless invoice delivery.

Our strategy centered on creating a modular and API-first architecture to ensure flexibility and scalability. We focused on building a system that vendors could easily plug into existing CRMs or use independently for day-to-day billing and reporting.

We designed a user-friendly, minimal interface that made billing and reporting simple even for non-technical users. The design emphasized clarity, speed, and accessibility, featuring visual dashboards, categorized reports, and a seamless two-way communication experience between vendors and customers.

The platform was built using Flutter for cross-platform mobile development and Node.js + Express for the backend API services. With MongoDB as the primary database, we implemented secure REST APIs, real-time invoice updates, and cloud-based data backups to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
